Available to reserve during events, there are plenty of options for guests desiring to stay on site and experience a truly all-inclusive off-road event experience. There are over 75 cabins on the property available to reserve during events. Amenities such as private bathrooms and kitchenettes vary by cabin, so check each event page for pricing, availability, and to book your stay. Reservations for each event open approximately 60 days prior to the event date.

The park features over 250 oversized RV sites with 30/50 AMP electric and water hookups. All RV sites are convenient to the premium bathhouses, complete with showers and a laundry room. Ample dry camping space means there is always room for more guests at our events. There are several open, flat areas on the property to accommodate dry & primitive campers, both in trailers and tents. There are multiple fresh water sources as well as a dump station for RV tanks. RVs or campers desiring a dry spot need to make reservations for each event - check the specific event pages for details.

MAO’s property spans over 1,600 acres, with trails of varying terrain open to ride during events. Trails are primarily wooded, with some dozed roads. They are most easily accessed & enjoyed by SXS/UTVs, but we welcome all off-road vehicles to the park during events. There are varying levels of difficulty to explore, and you are free to ride anywhere designated on the trail map.

All park guests have access to both bathhouses located on the property, complete with showers and a laundry room. MAO welcomes all off-road vehicles to events, and there are two heated power wash bays for the opportunity to clean machines before loading up to head home.

MAO’s pool complex is second to none. With a wading pool for the little ones, two larger pools, and a lazy river there are more than one way to take a relaxing break. A splash pad and playground provide extra fun for the kids. The expansive pool deck overlooks the short course track, and attached pool bar is open for adult beverages anytime the pool is open. Check event schedules for pool parties and games, and be sure to join us at a favorite hang out spot inside the park.

Please note that the MAO pool complex is licensed for use by overnight lodging guests only (staying in cabins or camping, but on-property guests only).

Located at the main park entrance – be sure to swing in to MidAmerica Powersports to see the latest merchandise, trail riding needs, and the general store. Legends Restaurant, located inside the Powersports building, serves breakfast, lunch & dinner during events. Wake up and swing upstairs in the store for a warm cup from Forever Friends Coffee. MidAmerica Powersports is also your stop to check out our SXS rental program. Out in the park near the pool complex, you can find our vendor & food truck area.

MAO holds nothing back providing entertainment for all during events. Open air concession & game areas welcome groups to relax between riding and watching races and shows. Multiple stages for live music create a fun after-hours atmosphere for exciting shows by great bands.
